The Poetic Humanity

The Poetic Humanity

A riff on fragments from my upcoming book.

You, most dignified creature,
Apex predator of both nature and laws,
You, most hellish creature.

Hammer judging its blacksmith.
If you are a hammer, then you must strike.
Anvil, bear.

Science, not fit to judge logic.

Lower judging the higher,
Always the core abomination, for
Order matters.

Reason judges natural science.
Math verifies scientific claims.
Love dictates truth in right living.

Order matters; horizontally and vertically.

For the mind finds its value solely in its possession by an inspired human.
Lofty value of man imputs reason’s worth.

That which gives is always greater than that which receives.

Slavery, contending that you know what you know not.
Mankind, called out of slavery, into freedom, never to return unless by his own desires.

And that most damned prisoner will never escape because he thinks he is free.
Never searching for the, keys ,already in his weak hand.

Nearly always enslaved by safety.

Order matters.
